As part of the “Protecting Our Forest for Our Future Generation” initiative, the Aarahau Forest Protected Area Rangers have significantly enhanced their capacity through comprehensive training in land use planning, GIS, and forest inventory. By integrating both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises at the protected area site, participants have gained valuable experience in boundary mapping and conducting forest inventories. This training has equipped them with the skills needed for effective conservation and management of the forest area.
